“Sexuality is the lyricism of masses.”
I don’t exactly remember where I read this, but it hit me hard. In the modern 21st century days, sexuality has become an important topic. The main reason for it coming into the limelight is because sexuality is not just a feeling anymore; it has become a way of expressing ourselves, a way of life.
Whenever someone opens Tinder, the first thing one sees is the sexual orientation of the other person. And honestly, though having it all figured out is good, it gets a little confusing and annoying.
So, I have come up with this article to tell you about the most asked questions on sexuality. Later, I would also give you a piece of my mind on things I feel are illogical while discussing sexualities.
So, let’s get started.

What are the prominent types of sexualities?
Allosexual
Any person who experiences a sexual attraction towards another person is allosexual. Allosexism doesn’t describe which gender you are attracted to, but rather the fact if you are sexually attracted to someone at all or not. It can be said to be the opposite of asexuality.

Androsexual
Androsexual is a person who experiences sexual attraction towards men and masculinity.

Asexual
Those people who don’t experience any sexual attraction towards any gender are called asexuals. But, this doesn’t mean that they don’t involve in romantic relationships. Sometimes they do get romantically attracted towards other people, but not sexually. This sexuality also doesn’t depend on whom you are attracted to because it is more about you.

Pansexual
As said in the famous series Sex Education, pansexual refers to those attracted to a person, not the sex or gender. The difference between omnisexual and pansexual is that omnisexuals notice the other person’s gender or sexualities, while pansexuals get attracted to a person irrespective of their gender or sexualities.
